CAS Mix Up June Reminder Post

Time for the reminder post for The CAS Mix UP June Challenge,
which is Embossing Layering, Stamping and your choice....
My choice is Die Cutting.
The link below is where I got my inspiration from......
Embossing Powder Melt Art by Stampendous....
There are more inspirational videos and links on the ....
CAS Mix Up Challenge Blog....

Today's Card......

I used my pancake maker for consent heat
and a rectangle piece of grey board, popped on top of a craft mat.

I layered up lots of different colours of embossing powders, some from Lindy's,
which have a wonderful shine to them.
It's a great way to use up my stash of powders....
I also used Frantage and a toothpick to get the look of the waves and clouds.
Once I was happy with the many layers of embossing powders I quickly pulled off the molten powders and stamped into them using a text stamp, giving some texture to the beach area.

I die cut the Coastal Tree several times, sprayed with a shine spray
and finished with the sentiment stamped in brown.

I left some of the embossing powders, on the beach area flow off the grey board.
I loved the way the text stamping added some texture at the bottom.

I have found this technique of layering of embossing powders highly addictive
and there are so many ways to do this.
Thank you Loll for the Fun Technique this month.

Pop across and see the wonderful inspiration from the team, the gallery
and Jane, from Purple Jets Love Crafts our fabulous guest designer this month...

Challenges I would love to enter......

Absolutely stunning Mac. I don't know how you can put so much onto a card and yet still have it come out CAS. Another work of art and I swear that if your cards were on sale in an art gallery, then I would have to buy them as I just love each and every one of them. It's been a privileged being on the journey of watching you develop your own style of card making and I love it! Keep up the good work and I look forward of seeing what's yet to come. Crafty hugs, Sandra x
