Pink Tulips.....

Thinking about Spring with Today's Card......

Spring has Sprung!
Thrilled to have been chosen as The Headliner with my Card....Thank you so much x
The tulips have been stamped and masked and heat embossed in white.
The water colouring has been done with several colours of Lindy Magical powders.
The 'Easter' sentiment has been die cut and popped up on one layer,
as not to detract from the tulips.
Perhaps a little too hidden!

Finishing off with a die cut frame.
The card was so relaxing to do and here's to Spring coming soon.....

Thank you for stopping by...

Oh wow--pink tulips are my favorite! I can't imagine doing all this masking, Mac, but you showed how worth the time it can be! It's looked like Spring here the last 2 days, but now we're back to cool & wet.

This does indeed present spring in all it's beautiful glory. Fantastic painting technique with the Lindy's magicals...so very soft. Love this particular shade of pink which looks lovely with the green grasses and the soft blue sky. I like the very subtle look you've achieved with the sentiment. It doesn't distract from the field of tulips, yet is quite visible. Great design. TFS & Hugs

Wow, your field of tulips look stunning. The colouring is so soft and pretty. Great job on the masking. The sentiment is very subtle but shows up well if you enlarge the picture so in real life, it would look great. Thanks for joining us at The Paper Players this week.

How pretty and spring like! I do like the sky, and how it has the idea of white whispy clouds. The subtle sentiment definitely does not take away from the flowers. Have a great day!

A stunning card Mac - so love your field of tulips, and having been done with Lindy's powders, I suspect the sheen would be amazing IRL.
