Green and Gold

                         Thank you
I was inspired by the
Simply Less is More colour challenge - Green and Gold
and
City Crafter Challenge - Feeling Flat
Make a card that is as flat as possible, to be able to put it into
a regular envelope without any extra cost for postage
Update....Delighted and thrilled to be a Spotlight Artist for this card
at City Crafters-Thank you so much
and....
ShowCased at Less is More...Ye Ha!!!!!!!!!
Thank you very much xxx
I die cut the Large Marianna Vine Outline from Poppystamps,
out of gold mirror card.
For the green leaves I used brusho powders onto
watercolour card and left them to do their magic
before die cutting them out with the same die.
I assembled the leaves onto linen card and stamped the sentiment.
A clean and simple, CAS card for the Less is More challenge
and a Flat Card that will go into the post without extra postage.
Popped on the photo from City Crafter as I thought it was fabulous!

Stunning card - I especially love the way you have bent your die cut to the left, tucking the sentiment into it neatly. Those brushos look like a lot of fun!

Yes give them a play and thank you so much for your lovely comments. I found them challenging at first because I like to be able to control my mediums but I am learning to let go a little and see what happens...not always easy for me!
