The AAA Challenge of 'One Inchie' intrigued me.....
'Way out of my comfort zone' and it took me ages
and lets just say it wasn't the only one I did.......
and lets just say it wasn't the only one I did.......
This is my card....
I have used Lindy embossing powders with several heated layers for the Inchie.
The cute little wings have been die cut from vellum and heat embossed.

Oh Mac - this is sooooo beautiful! I love the pale blue background - your wings really do look like they're flying.
Nailed CAS Perfection in my humble opinion! x
I love the wonderful glimmer from the Lindy's embossing powder and the soft blue and silver and the coordinating embossed vellum wings and silver string have made a beautiful focal image Mac. A fantastic CAS card. x
You really are amazing Mac, this is so unique and very beautiful, the wings look like they are just about to fly off the card. I Love the effect of the Lindy's embossing powders, they look like mother of pearl. A Stunning card Mac.

Wonderful inchie and I love the card result too. Nice shimmer on the design.
Mac, I'd say you just inched your way across the finish line! CAS = Clean and Sweet in this case!
Hope you were holding those tiny wings with a tweezer!!

Gorgeous inchie card Mac! I can see that you have lots of shimmer and shine and lots of layers in this little inchie. Such a creative design, my friend! xx
Oh my goodness - this is so ethereal and beautiful! What a brilliant idea for an inchie! Love those little embossed wings!
Absolutely stunning Mac, beautifully designed, and such gorgeous shimmer. Your creativity always amazes me, Kate x
Gorgeous and well worth the time and effort it must have taken.
Oh Mac, this is just beautiful. You may be out of your comfort zone but you have definitely nailed it. It was well worth your trials and tribulations. That layered embossing has given a lovely dimension and gorgeous pearly shine to your inchie, and the wings are something else. Thanks for persevering with them as it came together so well in the end. I gave a little bit of thought to entering this one but couldn't come up with a good idea, so decided to move on. I have been enjoying everyone else's fine examples though xx
I'm impressed with the embossed angel wings, Mac! Vellum is not only difficult to emboss, but to maintain its shape afterword! It's pure magic the way you have adhered all the wings so daintily in the center! The EP choices are gorgeous, of course. I love love love your beautiful and dear creation! huggers, de
My goodness how on earth did you come up with this oh so beautiful design. True thinking outside of the box here and I love the result. Hugs Mrs A.
The perfect combination for an inchie. CAS is a natural state for inchie :-) Your design is delicate and angel wings fill me with peace and trust. The frames seem to drip with a soft pearl, it adds so much softness. This is an unusual card and I think it can be an excellent talisman for a newborn baby. Great WOW !!
Hugs,

Amazing, inchies are not easy to do but you sure achieved it ...xxx
Amazing CAS design Mac, so different but it's had to imagine you are out of your comfort zone. I still see the Mac style peeking through ♥
I thought that was a great challenge, too, but didn't get anything made. Still may give it a go as you've inspired me, Mac! So not your usual & yet you made it a Mac card with an awesome result!
Oh wow! Mixed Media Inchie in such a gorgeous CAS card!
Your post made me smile! That's what CAS is all about - hours in the planning for something that looks so simple. Your angel wings are a masterpiece of creativity! Thanks for playing at AAA Cards, hope to see you join in with future challenges too. Stay safe and keep crafting!
well I think you rocked here at CAS! I love the look. Love how you built up the sides and with lovely shine. And the butterfly gives it a touch of dimension and I actually like the feathers this short, it suits the theme of your card. So pleased you shares this stunning card with us at Time Out x
Inchies are so popular but I never jumped on that bandwagon. I'm so impressed with your card Mac and your inchie! This card is stunning, the soft blue behind the angel wings is just beautiful. I love the silver embossed frame around the blue, but it is the angel wings that I just love. I can imagine you burned a few before you got these! The silver string would have been beautiful longer, but it is equally beautiful shorter too. You took this challenge and blew it away my friend! Hugs, Brenda
Absolutely stunning Mac.. I love it! The wings are beautiful and the embossing perfection. Good for you stepping out of your comfort zone and still rocking that challenge! Sending hugs
Simply stunning, Mac. The layers are beautiful and so unusual and tiny. That's size is so hard to work with and you did a fantastic job. The frame is lovely and the silver string just added more shine to the design. Great card.
Maybe not simple but definitely worth ALL the effort Mac!! Isn't it amazing how something as small as an inchie can pack such a powerful punch?!! I just love those wings and how perfectly they fit in your little square, and all that luscious embossing too! Lovely, lovely card my friend!! Take care. Hugs. :0)
Flippin' heck woman you are so creative and inventive, those wings are a sensation well done for keeping at them even if a few did get toasty. With the pearly blue background this really is serene, inspiring and lovely. x
CAS perfection! Your talent is limitless. Love how different and unique it is! It’s absolutely beautiful and elegant. The dimensional heat embossing looks amazing!
OMW this is stunning Mac!, CAS and perfection..
Pam xx
Love the drama of your inchie...all the action in such a small amount of space. Thanks so much for playing along at Time Out.
What a sweet and beautiful Inchie CAS card, Mac! I love it! The heat-embossed vellum wings are precious, and the pearly shine from the heat-embossed Inchie is so pretty!
Hideko xx
This is extremely beautiful, amazing how those little inchies can have such an impact. A very peaceful design, I always love to see what you do with EP.
So clever.. Sunday Hugs Tracey xx
I imagine there were a few burnt fingers too! This is tiny gem of an inchie, Mac! Love the pearly embossing and depth of the wings that give a feeling of movement! Small and elegant, my friend!

VERY stunning and creative! love this, and yes longer silver string would be even more beautiful, but a challenge has to have it's limits :o)
Your gorgeous, elegant style is perfect for CAS design, Mac ... this is just sooo lovely! Once again, I find myself thinking of chic jewellery! Hugs, Anita :)
Oh Wow, Mac! That is stunning! Yes, it would be out of my comfort zone too!
Catching up on some commenting at last. What an amazing wee inchie card. So out of your comfort zone but of course you mastered it here. The string would have looked perfect if it wasn't for the inchie challenge.
so totally special....like little wings from Heaven...love it
xx Karen
A beautiful CAS design Mac, simply stunning with the vellum wings over the light blue!
