Inchie and CAS

The AAA Challenge of 'One Inchie' intrigued me.....
'Way out of my comfort zone' and it took me ages
and lets just say it wasn't the only one I did.......
This is my card....
I have used Lindy embossing powders with several heated layers for the Inchie.
The cute little wings have been die cut from vellum and heat embossed.
Several burnt before I got there !!!

I am always in awe of you clever and creative CAS crafters....
Clean it might be ....Simple ....not so much.....
I loved the challenge......Thank you.
Challenges I would love to join in....
AAA Cards - One Inchie (without the option)
Time Out Challenge - Different
This card was so different from my usual style and way out of my comfort zone

Oh Mac - this is sooooo beautiful! I love the pale blue background - your wings really do look like they're flying.
Nailed CAS Perfection in my humble opinion! x

I love the wonderful glimmer from the Lindy's embossing powder and the soft blue and silver and the coordinating embossed vellum wings and silver string have made a beautiful focal image Mac. A fantastic CAS card. x

Oh Mac, this is just beautiful. You may be out of your comfort zone but you have definitely nailed it. It was well worth your trials and tribulations. That layered embossing has given a lovely dimension and gorgeous pearly shine to your inchie, and the wings are something else. Thanks for persevering with them as it came together so well in the end. I gave a little bit of thought to entering this one but couldn't come up with a good idea, so decided to move on. I have been enjoying everyone else's fine examples though xx

I'm impressed with the embossed angel wings, Mac! Vellum is not only difficult to emboss, but to maintain its shape afterword! It's pure magic the way you have adhered all the wings so daintily in the center! The EP choices are gorgeous, of course. I love love love your beautiful and dear creation! huggers, de

The perfect combination for an inchie. CAS is a natural state for inchie :-) Your design is delicate and angel wings fill me with peace and trust. The frames seem to drip with a soft pearl, it adds so much softness. This is an unusual card and I think it can be an excellent talisman for a newborn baby. Great WOW !!
Hugs,

Amazing CAS design Mac, so different but it's had to imagine you are out of your comfort zone. I still see the Mac style peeking through ♥

I thought that was a great challenge, too, but didn't get anything made. Still may give it a go as you've inspired me, Mac! So not your usual & yet you made it a Mac card with an awesome result!

well I think you rocked here at CAS! I love the look. Love how you built up the sides and with lovely shine. And the butterfly gives it a touch of dimension and I actually like the feathers this short, it suits the theme of your card. So pleased you shares this stunning card with us at Time Out x

Inchies are so popular but I never jumped on that bandwagon. I'm so impressed with your card Mac and your inchie! This card is stunning, the soft blue behind the angel wings is just beautiful. I love the silver embossed frame around the blue, but it is the angel wings that I just love. I can imagine you burned a few before you got these! The silver string would have been beautiful longer, but it is equally beautiful shorter too. You took this challenge and blew it away my friend! Hugs, Brenda

Simply stunning, Mac. The layers are beautiful and so unusual and tiny. That's size is so hard to work with and you did a fantastic job. The frame is lovely and the silver string just added more shine to the design. Great card.

I just love those wings and how perfectly they fit in your little square, and all that luscious embossing too! Lovely, lovely card my friend!! Take care. Hugs. :0)

Flippin' heck woman you are so creative and inventive, those wings are a sensation well done for keeping at them even if a few did get toasty. With the pearly blue background this really is serene, inspiring and lovely. x

Catching up on some commenting at last. What an amazing wee inchie card. So out of your comfort zone but of course you mastered it here. The string would have looked perfect if it wasn't for the inchie challenge.
