Spring is in the air......

I have had fun using stencils, paste and heated enamel...
Here is today's card.....
I coloured embossing paste with grey acrylic paint and popped it through the tree stencil.
Whilst the paste was still wet I sprinkled shabby pink embossing enamel on and heated it.
I die cut the bunnies and then used them as a stencil and used the same technique.
Finishing off with a stamped sentiment and a cute little pink heart x.
I love using stencils with embossing pastes as this adds wonderful dimension.
Whilst my mediums where out I made a second card.....
I used a couple of different colours of liquid pearls on it first and then the shabby pink enamel.
This gave my blossom even more texture, colour and dimension.
Detail of first card......
Detail of second card.....
I so enjoyed using the paste, the stencils, the liquid pearls and the enamel....
Thank you so much for stopping by....
I really do appreciate it.

Two amazing cards Mac! LOVE the stamping all done in gray. Really makes the pink heat embossed paste POP! What a great idea to use shabby pink enamel. I need to get some to play with! :) And how cool is building up the image with liquid pearls and then adding the pink enamel. Love seeing you experiments which ALWAYS turn out amazing! xx

What a gorgeous tree (weeping willow maybe??!) both are so pretty in the pink but I think I do like the added color in the 2nd best! So clever to use the negative die cut of the bunnies for a stencil - love the heart above their kiss and the cute white cotton tails! A wonderful design using paste and stencils Mac! xx

Beautiful! The pink and grey together are such a fabulous combination. I actually have two pots of the sparkle embossing paste that have never been opened, so I may need to have a look at using them as it's always good to try something new and a little out of our comfort zone. It's a gorgeous card x

Such a delicate combination of colors, very feminine. And the choice of stamp has made your card so much light. I can almost feel the gentle breeze that lifts these beautiful flowery twigs. In particular, I love the second card, where flowers have even more extra dimension. Stunning designs, Mac.
