Winter Wishes.....

I have a friend who's Birthday it is this Month and came up with this card and tag....
Die cuts, stamping and stencilling have been used on the card.....
The stylised tree Die comes with a coordinating Stamp too, so I masked
and stamped half the tree stamp under the die cut silver tree, heat embossed it
and hi-lighted it with a white pen.
Layers of Die cuts for texture and dimension.
So hard to photo with the bling of the silver card, the alcohol inks and the acetate....
To carry the tree theme over onto the tag I used a stencil by Sanna Lippert/Stamplorations
and used black texture paste and then a sprinkling of glitter...
The tag die and Winter sentiment are also Stamplorations.
Stamplorations Tag challenge this month is All About Winter,
which inspired me to make the card and tag with that theme....
Thank you so much for you stopping by...
I used several different colours of alcohol inks onto acetate.....
Challenges I would love to enter.........
Stamplorations - Tagplorations - All About Winter
With the optional twist of texture paste, which I have also used
Stamplorations - Mixed Media - Anything goes, which now also includes cards but you must include a stencil, which I have on the card and on the tag
Watercooler Wednesday - Gail's Masculine Challenge - Anything Goes
The Male Room - Anything goes without the optional twist
Thrilled with my win at The Male Room....Thank you

There is so much detail on the card and tag it took me a while to take it all in. Love the softness of the alcohol inks in the dark colors and the way you did the tree. The shape of the tag is very pretty and unique and it is beautiful.

How clever Mac and love the alcohol inks on acetate and the die cut silver glitter tree to one side is so pretty which looks as though you have used it to partially die cut the bottom layer with another over the top. I love the glittery silver dots and the bold black sentiment finishes it perfectly. x

Both as beautiful as the other, i'm sure your friend adored them both. You have such a good eye when it comes to creating these designs Mac, not a speck of bling out of place. There is always a extra embellishment on my makes hiding something that wasn't intended hee hee!!
Thank you so much for sharing. Have a fabulous weekend.

Wow, you always amaze me, Mac! These are fantastic projects! I couldn't believe you used an acetate AI background until I saw the last picture because the effects and the monochromatic colors are so unique and different from AI backgrounds I often see. All the shiny silver and black elements create a winter feeling. I love your care and attention to all details.

After Loll’s e-mail about not receiving e-mail notifications of new posts from you, I realized I hadn’t received one from you in a while either. And you’re not the first that this has happened to me.
