Late........

Today's Card.......
I die cut a circle and went to work with acrylic paints, charcoal and water.
This is way out of my comfort zone but I enjoyed trying.

The background has been splattered with grey acrylic ink
and a few dots of shiny silver stickles.

I finished off with two tiny tags and stamped the 'with love' text.
The background card is a soft grey, which I enjoyed using for a change.

Tried something new to me and enjoyed it.....

I just love it when you 'go out of your comfort zone' as each time your creativity is tops and I this is a classic example. Fabulous card.x
The fires are out and although windy and hot, I pray it will all be okay as we are safe and sound... [aNNie]

Wonderful monochromatic card with lots of glimmer and dimension. Wonderful idea for our cue word this week. So happy you could join in the fun at CASology this week.
[Just a note : You many want to reprint the sentiment in the front "Heard you were Late?" before sending it. I've made spelling mistakes too ... once had "FRIED" instead of "FRIEND" ;) ]

This is just so elegant & beautiful (and I love the word play for your happy occasion!) Surely it does not look out of your comfort zone, as it's so well done. My plays are usually not this great, so I'm admiring your efforts as this one turned out wonderfully well. Hope you are feeling tip-top again, as well. TFS & Hugs

Your colouring of the balloon is amazing. Great card. Oh the joys of misspelt sentiments. I'm sure it was Creative Expressions who made a mistake on a stamp set recently and had to replace a load. It happens to us all!

I was rather confused when I saw your sentiment! Easy fixed. You may think you were creating out of your comfort zone but you really have delivered something unique and so very different. Amazingly coloured balloon and all the silver sparkle. Totally love it M.
