Outline Flower

           'Blue Flower - Using Sprays'
I started by spraying card stock with the pretty Lindy's Stamp Gang sprays.
I have used four different colours and sprays of Blue.
I die cut the flower out of the blue and the outline out of black card.
I also die cut two outline leaves.
I have used a stencil and black embossing paste for the black background layer.
I thought this added a little texture to the card,
with hopefully not compromising on the CAS look of the card.
I kept all the detail to one corner.
I tried popping the fall outs (blue) into the outline leaves
but this didn't seem to work for me.
I loved how the Blue Flower popped against the black background.
The Spray's gave the flower a really pretty glimmer
and different shades of Blues at different angles.

I really tried to respect the guidelines for CAS
and after taking awhile to figure it out, the card itself was Simple to make
and hopefully it is still clean?

I was inspired by Two Challenges to make this card.

Ooooh, this is divine! That blue flower is so beautiful and the outline leaves are so delicate. I'm not sure if your embossed panel will be classed as white space but I think this is absolutely stunning!
Thanks for sharing with us.

Thank you so much and for the constructive feedback. I thought 'White' space could be any block colour (no pattern). I shall know next time and thank you once again x Always willing and happy to learn, thank you x

LOVE your design. The black embossing adds a lot of texture while maintaining a CAS design. White space can be any colour, as long as it's open space. I'd say your card qualifies. LOVE the pretty blue flower with the shimmer. Great card. Thanks for playing along at ATCAS.

Thank you so much for your kind and encouraging comments. I have been 'thinking' a lot about this card and whether it is CAS or not and so glad that you think it is and that it qualifies x I am always inspired by the challenges that I want to enter and never just add them thinking they'll do. I always chose specific challenges according to the theme etc. and then make my cards to suit the challenge...Thanks very much for stopping by x
