World Ocean Day

Thrilled on two counts.....
I am guesting at The Day Of The Month Challenge
and my favourite challenge CAS Mix Up is back......

It's world Ocean Day over at The Day of The Month and 
using a stencil with Pastes or Gels over at CAS Mix UP...........

This is my card.............


Using a stencil and White Embossing Paste for the background waves,
Die cutting, Stamping, Crackle Paste and Heat Embossing to create this card.

I'm always excited when I see you post, my sweet friend. This is such an amazing collage of the sea. I LOVE the paste waves and the fishing net for the background Then to have that gorgeous crackle coral on the side and your sweet focal panel of the see with fishes swimming by. I knew I will be in awe with your card when I saw you were guest designing for us, and no surprise....I'm totally in love with your STUNNING card Mac. This focal little panel is so beautiful, it looks like a jewel I would love to wear. And this background.....simply gorgeous ! Thanks so much for being our so talented guest designer. Wow Mac what a fabulous card and congratulations on your GD spot at TDOTM Challenge! I love the texture paste waves and the die cut fishnet as a background white on white, and then the die cut coral with the add prettily coloured crackle which coordinates beautifully with the wonderful glossy tile and the added sweet little fish with hints of the same colour and so glossy too..gorgeous! You have intrigued us with talk of an adventure..how exciting! x

Wow, stunning CAS card, Mac! Love the white-on-white waves and fishnet in the background, and the fantastic square piece with little fish! The aqua green piece looks like a cloisonné brooch. Such a wonderful and unique design and texture!

You made a great connection to the ocean in all the expressions used on this card, Mac. The templates show water ripples and nets being thrown into the ocean. And the colors used refer to the beautiful exotic coral reefs. Such an amazing and very telling card.
