I continue to be super thrilled to be the guest designer over at Just Us Girls.
The talented and creative Cecile is the hostess this week.
This weeks challenge is Word/Photo Week and this is my card......
I embossed the 3D embossing folder twice.......
I coloured in using pencils and acrylic paints and then fussy cut one out.
Then ......popping it over the other one.
Silver embossing around the edges and the die cut 'You' sentiment.
I am new to 3D embossing folders and I am loving them.
You will find tons of inspiration at The Just Us Girls Challenge Blog....
Hopefully see you in the gallery.......
Challenges I would love to enter......
Allsorts Challenge is I spy something beginning with 'B'
'B' in my card is for Blooms....

Mac, I just added the companion stencils to these beauties to my stash! Wouldn't it be wonderful if we could get together to share them?

Interesting inspiration photo and I love how you were inspired Mac! Your card is stunning! I love the way you colored the embossed flowers and cut them out. I also love how you added the gold and silver to your card, it really stands out well. The sentiment is perfect and one we should use often for people who need to know they matter. Love this one! you always hit the Wow factor Mac, love the fussy cut embossing folder flower layered of the the embossed background and those muted tones are stunning ♥
What a great idea to cut out the flowers from one of the embossed panels - I've never thought of doing that but it is so effective. You coloured it beautifully! And great sentiment to go with the challenge.
STUNNING CARD MAC....love the gold on the stem!!!

I am also new to 3D EB folders and you have so inspired me to do coloring of and fussy cutting of extra 3D EB folder images to add to a 3D EB folder image. Your Grey pencil colored and fussy cut leaves are Stunning over your 3D background. Love your die cut and stamped sentiment and heat EB silver framing of your beautiful Work of Art, my friend. TFS and Congratulations on your GD for "Just for Girls" Challenge. Love and Hugs..Nancy
This is incredible, Mac! Love the gray and the fancy shimmer!
The grey gold and silver look amazing together. I haven't ever tried cutting sections from a 3d folder, it looks really clever so perhaps I will give it a go. You have definitely aced your GD duties this month, very well done xx
I am enjoying your stint as GD at JUGS. This is a fabulous card and what a great idea to expand the use by fussy cutting. Fantastic.
