Ribbon of Colour

Inspired by The CAS Mix Up Challenge, which is Loose Water Colouring
I had a crafty day making this card...........
Lots of stamping in grey inks, Loose Water colouring and doodling in black ink,
to empathise the poppies and the ribbon of colour.
Finishing off with foiling glue and gold foiling for pretty hi-lights.

Thank you Jenny for taking me out of my comfort zone.
I enjoyed The Challenge and the links to the videos you provided,
which helped enormously.

I have been keeping up with my commenting on your fabulous blogs,
but not blogging as much as I would like.....
Thank you all for your amazing inspiration and your blog friendship.

Challenges I would love to enter....

This is a real wow card Mac. I know I pretty much say that about all your cards, but it is true, you always astound me with your creativity. This is just so clever. The river of watercolour looks fabulous with the black ink and it is highlighted by the fact that the rest of the flowers are grey. The foiling is the perfect finishing touch. A brilliant card, well done. So lovely to see you in the we love stamping gallery too. Happy film night xx

Your color ribbon looks gorgeous, with soft transitions from color to color. Gray stamping is so unobtrusive, and at the same time creates the warp of the card. However, your gildings make up this card, the gold glitters are perfect.
