Merry Christmas

At last I found some time to make a Christmas Card....
The colours have been inspired by the challenge over at Color Throwdown .....
Pink, Silver and White....
Stamped first with archival ink, 'coloured' using acrylic paints
and then re-stamped and heat embossed in Silver.
I did some masking to extend the pretty poinsettia,
with the heat embossed silver leaves.
Finishing off with the die cut sentiment,
'white' pearl drops in the centre of the poinsettia
and edging two sides of the card with silver.
I wanted to make the card as 'slim' as possible for posting.

'Chewing' less dust now and so glad we had it done....
Not so much at the time!

Please stay safe and well.

Challenges I would love to enter......
Color Throwdown - Pink, Silver and White
Thank you Mr Random for choosing my card as your Featured Stamper this week
Country View Challenge - Anything Christmas goes
Uniko - Celebrate - Without the Twist - The pretty poinsettia is Uniko
Thank you for my top 3 shout Out as chosen by the design team

Thrilled with My Top Pick - Thank you x

I am so glad you are coming out the other side of your building work. It takes time but it is rarely regretted. Those colours are amazing together. The detail of that stamp with the heat embossing and selected areas of pink are just stunning. Love it xx

What a beautiful card, Mac. I love the colour combination (white, silver and pink). I love how you extended the poinsettia with masking. I would do that by free hand drawing, so I like a lot your idea. The pearls in the center of the flower are perfect! Hugs, my dear friend.

As always Mac, you have made a stunning card, I love the grey/silver card with the silver embossing and the gorgeous pink shading of your poinsettia. The sentiment is so fine it looks like embossing. Fabulous. Good to hear you are pleased with your decoration/building work, it's awful when it's going on, but, I'm sure the result is wonderful and you can relax into Christmas?
Keep safe and well.

It's good that you have already finished renovating your home. Finally you will have more time to create. I've already missed your wonderful cards. I love how you made this beautiful poinsettia bigger with masking. I also love how you added color wonderfully by only coloring the center of the flowers. Stunning card!
hugs,
BożenA

This is striking Mac, with it's original colourway breaking from tradition. I failed miserably this year with card making and only made a dozen, I hope 2022 will be time kind. Thanks for sharing this inspiring card I'm so sorry I'm so late. December has been a difficult month Hugs Tracey x
