Seashells, Lindy's and Texture

Whilst I had my texture sand paste out and My Lindy's from last weeks card,
I made another one to join in Lindy's Challenge......A first for me.....

This is my card....

I went with the three colour choices and used Lindy's Magicals and Sprays
I made the seashells from moulds, using modelling clay.
They where coloured using Magicals in Bonjour Butter and Clam Bake Beige.
I coloured the embossing paste with Magicals in Clam Bake Beige,
Creme Brulee Cream, Tilt-A-Wheel Teal and Bachelor Button Blue
to use with the wavy stencil on the background.
By varying the amounts of the Magicals I got four shades of blues.

The tops of the Sprays where unscrewed and I used a paint brush directly into them
to colour the textured embossing sand paste.
I finished off with stamping and heat embossing the sentiment
and around the edge of the textured Seashell and beach square.....

I had lots of fun making the seashells and then using my Lindy products
to colour the elements to make my little textural beach scene.
Thank you so much for finding time to stop by....

Challenges I would love to enter.....

This goes so well with the card you posted last week. I love the movement you have created with that stencil and the collage of shells is quite magical. It is perfectly finished with that sentiment fitting so nicely against the wave. Gorgeous colours too. I was just about to shut down my computer when this popped in, I can now shut down with a lovely smile on my face after seeing this, thanks Mac xx

Don't those shells shine. I'm not familiar with Lindy products but they look very interesting here. But then you could make sackcloth look interesting! This is a gorgeous project Mrs Mabel so much texture and gorgeous colours. Once again I leave your page with my jaw dragging on the floor. x

Another stunning card, Mac. Your shells look like they are made of mother of pearl. WOW! They are wonderful. I also love how you created a little beach scene, it looks like a coral reef just below the water surface. The wavy card-based pattern adds so much lightness to the card. Another card that will steal hearts.

Oh my another magical creation, like the last glimpse of Summer. Beautifully detail shells and I adore how you framed them as one then added the panel to your dimensional background. I am guilty of not using my Lindy's as much as I should but am so glad to see you using them you certainly do create magic with them. Not just a card.. a beautiful piece of art.
Hugs Tracey xx
