Spring is on the way.....

I am so looking forward to Spring...

Here is today's card....

I am joining in The CAS Watercolour Challenge, which is water colouring on vellum...
A new to me technique.......
The flowers have been die cut onto vellum, water coloured with zigs
and in-layed into the linen card stock.
I choose a bit of a fussy technique with the inlaying but I so enjoyed it.
Finishing off with the die cut white flower die
and then stamping the Spring sentiment, which I love, onto vellum.
I popped a manipulated skinny frame onto the sentiment, which took me ages!
I so enjoyed the technique and will definitely use it in the future.
The challenge has made me a little more confident to use water on vellum.....Thank you.
Challenges I would love to enter.....
CAS Watercolour - Watercolour on Vellum
Uniko Challenge - Spring, without the optional twist of Easter
Cupcake Inspiration - What a pretty inspiration photo
Thank you for the shout out...x
The flower Challenge - Anything Goes
Stamplorations - CAS Challenge without the option

This is such a pretty card Mac, so soft. The skinny frame was well worth it as it looks fantastic, as do the outline flower diecuts, Cathy x

So beautiful - what wonderful delicate soft colours! And I love the way you inlaid the coloured petals and then placed the outline die cuts slightly offset! Fabulous in every way. Thanks so much for making a card for CAS Watercolour!

This vellum has been so softly and prettily coloured Mac and inset into the die cut flower shapes with the white die cut flower heads over the top is such a great design idea, and the wonderful sentiment also stamped on to vellum too is the perfect finishing touch. x
