CAS Mix Up February Reminder

It's time for a reminder of The CAS Mix Up Challenge,
which is Dimensional Die cuts hosted by Hideko.
For more information, video's and inspiration from the Design Team,
pop across to The CAS Mix Up Challenge......
Thank you to Arlene from Sundaystampers Papercrafts for being our guest designer this month.
The gallery is looking fabulous.....

Here is My Card.......

Dimensional Die Cutting, Water colouring, Stencil and Stamping.
I used the negative die cut flowers for stencilling, with glitter embossing paste as my starting point.
I then layered up the die cuts using the water coloured fall outs.
Then I had fun with different mediums and paints to add more dimension.
I have used a stencil and embossing paste on the left hand side of the card
and finished off with die cutting and stamping the sentiments.

I had fun mixing the medias and adding the texture.
I am so looking forward to seeing more of your wonderful creations in the gallery.

Just a note.....
Some very kind blogger friends have told me that they are not receiving my notifications
and I hear that some of us are having problems?......
I think I have done all I can my end to minimise this....But who knows????

I just wanted to let you know that I sincerely appreciate all your comments
and the time and effort it takes to write them......

Challenges I would love to enter....
Thrilled to be a rocker this week - Thank you so much x

A beautiful card and so very delicate. I think Blogger keep messing about with things and it’s hard to know what to do sometimes. I had a lovely Valentine’s Day, thank you. Hope that you did too x

Mac, you make the most beautiful cards! This one is so soft and ethereal, but wonderfully mixed media at the same time. Love all of the elements - the bit of embossed stenciling down the side, the gorgeous pink and silver in the flower, the stacked sentiment!

This is so soft and pretty and love the textural script and bits of the flowers have the texture paste behind the die cuts which looks so beautiful, and I love the WOW large die cut sentiment and the way the stamped sentiment follows the stem of the flower, and some lovely spattering too. Gorgeous Mac! x

This is a beautiful flower die and you have used it to perfection, my friend! Your combination of embossing paste and watercolor for the petals is brilliant! Love the script on the side and the stacked die cut sentiment too, but those flowers are amazing!

This is one stunning card. The texture you have built up is amazing. I love the way you used the subtle text on the side and then built up the negative dies with the final layer with such a wonderful shine. Also really like how you placed the sentiment so it flows with the stem of the flower-a delight of a card and thanks for joining Ink

Wow! This is a stunning card Mac! I would have never guessed you used the negative as a stencil, I love how you got this look. So beautiful, so soft and so elegant. Love, love, love! So far, I'm still getting notifications, but I know there were times I wasn't on some blogs. But I haven't been having that issue now since we changed internet browser. Maybe too others new to clear their history. Just a though, I really have no clue, but when I am having issues if I clear my history stuff things work better. Hugs, Brenda

This is such a beautiful and elegant mixed media CAS card, Mac! Layering the positive die-cut flowers over the negative die-cut stenciling is a unique and clever way of adding dimension. And the watercolored and the pearly embossing pasted petals are so pretty! Love the fantastic dimension! The white-on-white background texture and the sentiment add so much interest and keep the card CAS.
