PEACE.....

Here's today's' Watercolour Christmas card.....
I have used several colours of  Brusho's to watercolour the background.
The poinsettia has been stamped and heat embossed in gold
and the large sentiment die cut and heat embossed with glossy powder.
I finished off stamping the small sentiment and white splats for snow.
Heavy snowfall!!!!
I was trying for delicate snow flurry!!!
Let's just say this was not the first attempt......
The gold glitter and black and white stripes are washi tape.

I have been inspired by similar cards using alcohol inks in the blog world,
so I will be trying that next.......
Thank you so much for stopping by, I really do appreciate it.

Oh my, Mac, you have a way with those inks! Love the layout of the card, the glitter paper, the gold embossed poinsettia and, of course, that sentiment. Mixing the diecut word with the rest of the phrase really adds interest. Thanks so much for joining our Watercooler Wednesday Challenge this week.

Beautiful design Mac!! Love your use of the washi tape down the sides and along the bottom. Adds so much sparkle and pattern with the black and white stripes. Your brusho colours are so beautiful. Vibrant brusho colors, Mac! Love that you loosely and beautifully colored the poinsettia. I always have a hard time coloring "loosely". The black shiny bold sentiment and the bright image strike the perfect balance. The modern stripe washi tape is a nice addition. Hideko xx
