Technique......

One Layer and Technique...
Update...I was lucky enough to be Hi-Lighted over at One Layer Challenge for this card.
Thank you so much, I am delighted and thrilled x
Today's card is on one Layer using the faux bleach/Ghosting technique.
The background has been blended with several different colours of distress inks.
After popping the stencil on I lightly sprayed water
and blotted off the excess to produce the ghost flower image.
I popped the stencil back on and did some more blending
to achieve the look I was after in some pats.
I finished off with stamping the sentiment in black ink and flicking
splats in gold paint...although I am never sure if these show up in the photos x
Thanks for stopping by...

  5. This is gorgeous. I love the beautifully blended background and the way that the delicate ghost flowers allow the sentiment to take center stage. It's a wonderful inky card Mac. Crafty hugs, Sandra X

  8. What a gorgeous blend and fabulous ghosting. Such a simple idea for a one layer card but so effective with the sentiment just stamped over the top.
